I provide the following services:
Individual Counseling - to facilitate healing, change, and personal growth. Please see About Me and Counseling Approach for a description of my counseling style and philosophy.
Couples Counseling - to resolve conflict, restore connection, and create intimate, supportive relationship.
Groups - Groups offer a unique vehicle for facilitating connection with others and providing support.
I lead the following psychoeducational and support groups on a periodic basis:

- Making Dreams Come True - A Support Group
Presentations and Community Service
I am available to speak to your work or community group about addiction recovery, grief and loss recovery, and navigating life transitions. Please contact me to discuss your needs and how I may be of help to you and your group.
My fee is $150 per 60-minute session, applicable to both individual and couples sessions. The initial intake assessment fee is $205.
Fees vary for participation in groups depending on the length of the group (between 6 to 10 weeks). Please call me for information on current groups and fees.
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Preferred One and UCare. For other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider. As an out-of-network provider, your sessions with me may be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurance company for out-of-network benefits. If you would like to seek reimbursement in this way, be sure to check with your insurance provider about coverage. Or, if you have a medical flex spending account or health savings account, you may qualify for reimbursement under those plans. Please check with your employer about qualification. If you choose to seek reimbursement for your sessions with me, I will provide you with a receipt you can submit to your provider or employer.
I believe that therapy and counseling should be affordable to all who seek it. Because of this, I offer a reduced fee option for those who are in financial peril or cannot obtain reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits or other plans.
